This a pretty old kit. What we've got now is a little different. We're still iterating heavily, but currently we're looking at:

PASSIVE: Magic pen by level, every 15 s auto attack a thing to get a bunch of mana back.

Q: Varus style charge shot. Charge duration only affects length of the shot.

W: Circle AOE with sweet spot mechanic in the middle. Damage + slow, sweet spot slows and damages more.

E: Single target stun skillshot. Comparable to dark binding atm.

R: Disable Q-E, your right click now sends out artillery shots in 2900-4500 (ranks 1-3) range. Lasts 2 seconds. Deals, well, tons of damage. If you hit. Best implementation of raining death down on the enemy I've seen yet.

R and Q are testing great, passive is alright, W needs some readability work and E is pretty much in flux still. Passthrough or not? Affects minions or no? We'll figure it out!

Also a heads up that what will go up on PBE will NOT be final, more so than usual. We really want to finish this one up in front of your eyes and let you see what happens in the final weeks of a champ redesign.

As for the Donger, Xypherous did the initial work on that and the kit is pretty damn sick.

Rockets will never be the same.
